Your chat capability totally SUCKS! You say it was a live person, but I truly believe it was an AI chatbot. When I asked a question about the product I was totally ghosted. I tried several times to call and the recorded message kept saying agents were helping other clients and then a final message said to leave a voicemail and someone would call me back. I decided to move forward only because I have previous experience with annuities and the parent company, Puritan Life Insurance has a BBB rating of B++. I certainly how your products are better than your customer service.
