I've been a user for more than 5 years. I used to have a 2 year contract and it ended and I was lazy to change. The internet keeps disconnecting and I have to reset router and most of the time it doesn't work. It has very slow speed around 4pm and midnight 3am. I am planning to change soon.
Unfortunately till date my refund is still not yet done. I will just post here everytime I ask them for an update. They are basically scamming my money.
They did NOT refund the money and I have reported to the police. It was claimed to be a civil case and police isn't doing anything. Please avoid this company for the good of everyone!! Too much trouble and time wasted on this rubbish company!! THE Rating is FAKE!!
I booked the car but the host drove away the car and it's not available at the place stated. Host ask me to cancel and say will refund but they did not refund. WhatsApp and called but admin didn't give final reply. Date was 15 Sept 2023.
