Horrible service - impossible to cancel by phone
Horrible service - do not enroll! Trying to cancel and am caught in AI chatbot and endless phone holds trying days in a row. I am going to cancel my credit card to dump this service! And they charged my twice-once to access information and then a separate fee to download the files. Rip off!
