Every month that I've ordered
Every month that I've ordered, I get the estimated delivery window of around a week. And every order over the last six months there ends up being an update that shipping is taking longer than a week. The company wants a forced monthly shop by the 5th but doesn't follow up on it's actual delivery promise. This time I ordered in late January, before the monthly "shop your edit" and not only does my "shop your Valentine's edit" not count for February credit, but it's STILL late in shipping. At least this time customer service sent a third polite update that it's still not shipped seven days after ordering with a "$15 off your next order" coupon for the inconvenience. I'd rather Adore Me fix their shipping department inefficiency and give me a free set vs. what amounts to about a third of the cost of one.
