Average underwear - not impressed
Average underwear, sizing is variable - I went according to size and the underwear are almost all too big (3/5 pairs), one pair (celestial thong) ripped when I tried to break the tag apart / off. Sure I should have cut it off, but also I didn't pull THAT hard, the tag comes apart with a strong pull. So I'm just personally not impressed with my experience overall. If there hadn't been a sale I wouldn't have purchased - and now I know I wouldn't enjoy paying full price for these underwear. Update 2/6/25: the autogenerated response from AdoreMe doesn't even accurately fit the prompt it's responding to, (what "policy" are they randomly bringing up, and what does it have to do with my opinion on the quality of the products?) meaning it's either a bot, AI, or someone that doesn't speak English predominantly. My guess is either of the first two options, but we can hope it's a simple error from the 3rd. Customer service has become a buzzword for jokes at this point.
