Free account consolidation info not clear
I have a free account and wanted to consolidate shipping. At the time I was trying to combine 6 small packages. I ended up reshipping each separately. I later found out that I could have consolidated 2 packages and that would have cut my shipping charges in half. I could not find that information on the website. I love the service, but this was an expensive lesson for me. .
