Hone Health

I’d strongly caution anyone considering…

I’d strongly caution anyone considering Hone Health to think twice about the customer-service side of the experience. My biggest issue is that I’ve found them extremely unreliable when it comes to basic things you’d expect a healthcare provider to handle correctly—like sending lab requisitions, getting those requisitions uploaded/available in the appropriate lab portal, and making sure the paperwork actually makes it where it needs to go. When something goes wrong, getting help is another problem entirely. Responses can be painfully slow, and it often feels like you’re stuck waiting on an automated system rather than being able to quickly reach someone who can actually fix the issue. For a healthcare service, that’s a pretty serious problem. When labs and medical paperwork are involved, “we’ll get back to you” days later isn’t good enough. And this doesn’t appear to be an isolated complaint. There are multiple Reddit users describing similar experiences with missing labs, delayed processing, unanswered messages, voicemail-only customer support, and long waits for issues to be resolved. Hone may work fine for some people, but based on my experience, I would not rely on them for something as important as making sure your lab orders and medical paperwork are handled correctly and on time. If you’re considering them, I’d do your homework and look closely at the customer-service experiences—not just the marketing. These reviews are paid for.. if you leave them a review here they discounted the service price. These reviews don't reflect reality.
