$600 ORDER MISSING 😡
I placed a large order, using next-day shipping. Their policy states 1-2 day processing, so I should have had the order in 3 days, 4 at most. It is now 3+ weeks later and the order still says “processing”. I have called 3 times, been hung up on after 20 mins waiting or they put me directly on hold, without answering, then hang up. When I spoke with someone 3 weeks ago, they said the order was in the way so it couldn’t be canceled or refunded. 2 weeks ago they said the exact same thing-absolutely no cancel/refund…I have to wait until I receive it then send it back. Last week they claimed they canceled and refunded a week earlier, despite having sent emails saying “no cancel/refund”…within the timeframe they said it was canceled/refunded, Of course…no refund pending with my credit card company to this day. I trusted this company because it’s owned by Victorias Secret. I also placed an order w/Victorias Secret when I knew I wouldn’t be receiving the Adore Me order in time. Also used next-day shipping. The items that were shipped were damaged in transit and 3-4 items missing…HALF THE ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED BECAUSE THEY HAVE ADORE ME ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE😡😡😡😡😡😡
