Cloaks are the best
I've purchased several cloaks from Lunafide over the years and they've all been delightful. They've all been warm, soft, and durable. But this most recent one prompted me to write this review. It was my first time needing to interface with customer service, with a cloak coming back as a different color than I saw when I ordered it. Customer service was super responsive, helpful, and gave me everything I needed for a return, making the process super easy. 10/10 would recommend for both product quality and customer experience.
