Ordered over $500 for two cloaks, two months later, still not arrived. I get there was distance (usa to Australia) involved, but apparently they did not do their paperwork for customs, which means I never had a chance of receiving my item, customs just shipped it right back to them.
Dealing with their customer service is atrocious. The person I dealt with was unwilling to do their job and track down their shipment, giving me numbers to do it myself. I'm non-verbal. But not only after I told them that, they stopped responding to me for over a week, even after I emailed back every second day. Then they got snarky at me.
I still have not received my refund.

I have placed an order in november 2025. They send a dhl trackingnumber that does not work. When you send them an email, they reply 4 weeks later with fake information. Now more then 7 month later still no delivery. They donot reply any emails since three months. This is really a scam company. Please be aware before you place an order. I lost my money and no product.

I had a fairly large and expensive order this time. waited the time that is set down on the site for hand crafting. no update or shipping information sent as of yet, so I contacted the team at lunafide to find out what was going on. next day had a reply, and have been constantly checking in the whole way till my order arrived, making sure the information got to me and that I was satisfied. I am by the way. the art and asthetic they produce is top knotch. I am constantly asked where I got my cloaks, by young and old alike. now my kids have their own cloaks. we're a family of walking advertisements. we all love the products, and we have a sense of pride in them. so thank you team at lunafide.
I have ordered two of their cloaks and they are both A++ on the quality and materials that are used are very niiiice! Ill be back for sure, the worst part is having to choose which one to get first. Worth every penny, beautiful work guys, tysm!!
