Rotten Company
Ordered over $500 for two cloaks, two months later, still not arrived. I get there was distance (usa to Australia) involved, but apparently they did not do their paperwork for customs, which means I never had a chance of receiving my item, customs just shipped it right back to them. Dealing with their customer service is atrocious. The person I dealt with was unwilling to do their job and track down their shipment, giving me numbers to do it myself. I'm non-verbal. But not only after I told them that, they stopped responding to me for over a week, even after I emailed back every second day. Then they got snarky at me. I still have not received my refund. This was supposed to be a birthday gift. Rotten company.
