Pathetic
Pathetic. Inverters are at best average. Needed warranty support earlier this year. 2-3 months later received my warranty replacement. Only because I forced it. I've been blocked from their support phone number which was patchy at best. Had replacement installed.......and it is also defective. Now to wait a few more months without reliable power till they bother seeing if they want to bother helping or not. If you appreciate support existing, never mind it's quality the avoid at all costs
