Absolutely unacceptable service and assistance with premier banking especially on foreign currency payments and incoming funds. Recommend to rather avoid. They do not take ownership of transactions missed by them or not processed. It seems to be one big holiday for staff yet banking costs are extreme. They expect 3-7 days over Christmas to clear salary payments made on the 18th of the month, from today 22 December, spoiling my Christmas break- no care and no effort to resolve. Appalling!
