I'm a first time shopper here and I had some difficulties placing my order at fist then a friend assisted me and it went through. With all the new regulations and stuff I was worried but then I reached out to them and I got tracking status and everything. Customer service was exceptional and my worries were at ease. Can't wait to see my package to tell them I'm in the KNOWFASHIONSTYLE FAMILY!!!
