SCAM SITE!!!
I purchased an item for my dog in March and when it did not arrive by April, I emailed the company for a status update. They provided me tracking information that went up to only the 7th and had no new info beyond that date. They told me the item was still in transit. In May I reached out again and asked where the item was. Again they gave me the run around that it was still in transit and that they could not issue a refund since I had not received it. In June I emailed them again and asked for a refund but received no reply. Today, 07.15.2026 I emailed them again and demanded a full refund of the item price plus the shipping costs. They have been VERY unhelp and will not cooperate with me. This site is a SCAM!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
