Very happy I switched to US Mobile!
I just finished setting up my service and am so happy I made the switch! I have the same quality T-Mobile network service, but at almost half the price -- and with intelligent, responsive, patient, upbeat, friendly customer service staff. I can't remember ever having a fairly complex, detailed customer service conversation via chat -- mainly because the agents from prior companies just couldn't communicate well. These agents really are top notch and impressive! T-Mobile used to be good, but their customer service has truly gone downhill in the past 2 years. Very, very happy I switched!
