Bad customer service
I got a couple tee shirts which are nice but I haven’t washed them yet. The ugly sweater cardigan is not a sweater is cheap weird material. My problem with them is their customer service. They keep refusing me a full refund and keep offering percentages and for me to keep the product which is terribly made. Also I wonder how they credit me? Kept my card? Annoyed.
