This company has a terrible customer…
This company has a terrible customer service. I ordered something paying more for express processing and they would deliver before the date I needed. Then it wasn’t even shipped. Now it said it was shipped but there is no tracking number. I called them multiple times and after 30 minutes waiting they hung up on my face. I do not recommend this. I will be returning it and want my money back Update: the delivery date was between the 8th and the 14th. Today is the 15th and I don’t even have a tracking code. I understand that sometimes things get delayed but I payed more for express processing. I also believe that they knew it wasn’t getting delivered on that date but they put it there anyway so people would get encouraged to buy thinking it would get before valentine’s day. Your answer was not useful nor clarifying. Also it was a bit deceiving
