Disgraceful customer service and a warranty not worth the paper it’s printed on
Bought Bespoke Jet stick vacuum a short while ago. Never had an issue with the product, until the felt strip came off the brush head and wrapped around the roller. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare, there is no email available, and every time you select the ‘contact us’ tab in leads you around in circles. At the bottom right I noticed a small circle, selecting this it lead me to a AI chat bot. I finally got to text a real person, who was condescending, unhelpful, and said my issue was ‘cosmetic-damage’ and wasn’t covered by the warranty
