Good luck reaching customer service. Their website claims someone will respond within 24 hours, but that has not been my experience at all. The comforter I ordered ripped after the first wash, even though I followed the care instructions exactly. The company refused to allow a return, and I only received a response after weeks of repeated emails. These people are crooks. UPDATE (7/25/26) in response to Mellowsleep's response: Again, this company lies. On their own website per listed care instructions, "Knitted fabric is stretchy but prone to abrasion. A drum washer's tumbling motion helps reduce fabric pulling and deformation. The large drum allows the comforter to fully expand for better washing and rinsing. Wash one comforter per load only. Avoid washing with other items to prevent snagging or color transfer." I find it interesting how quickly they responded here. I challenge anyone reading this to send an email with issues about the product to they have received to the email listed , as well as the contact form, on the website. You will hear crickets.
