I ordered an iPad Air protective case…
I ordered an iPad Air protective case that arrived 4 weeks after the promised delivery date. I wasn't going to use the iPad without a protective case so I ordered from another retailer. When the case finally arrived I promptly contacted Nilkin asking for a return. They were extremely slow in responding to my emails and then stated they don't have a return carrier in Canada and I have to pay the shipping costs to China. Their website clearly states you can return a product from Canada. I have emailed Nilkin regarding this 2 weeks ago and they haven't replied. Don't order from this company as their customer service doesn't exist and their website is misleading. I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card company regarding the false advertisement of them providing returns.
