False Advertising + Not Helpful
I am really upset with ContactsExpress and will NEVER order from them EVER again! I have been a customer in the past and they did an okay job, however I ordered my contacts a week ago with express shipping that stated it will be here in 1-4 business days. It’s now a week later and I have not received my contacts, which directly wasted the money I used for the express shipping. I suffer with chronic migraines and my glasses make this 100x worse, and used the express shipping to get these ASAP so I do not have to continue dealing with excessive pain. I used the live chat this morning to express my frustration and my situation and there was no representative available. I got an email back after and they definitely did not take my concerns seriously whatsoever. I called their customer service number just now (3:15PM ON A THURSDAY) and a robot said “Looks like all our representatives have gone home for the day, please call us during our service hours or leave a message” I left a message and looked at their website after to see that their customer service hours were MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 10-6PM!!! The website also states that the representatives are happy to help and are very effective, which is NOT TRUE at all! I am really angry and disappointed that I have had to spend a week now working long hours in healthcare with a constant extreme migraine from my glasses because this company did not live up to their promised standards. I will DEFINITELY NOT be EVER ordering from here EVER AGAIN and I encourage you to do the same!!!
