Damaged product on arrival and no resolution after a week of emails back and forth
I ordered a Ferragamo stretch bracelet for my dad's 80th birthday. Upon arrival I opened the box and the bracelet was intact, but with a weird tie at the end of the stretch, it almost look like it was broke and restrung in the past I went to try it on my small wrists, and the bracelet broke and beads went everywhere. This bracelet was faulty and it's not up to quality of Ferragamo. It's either fake or it was broke and restrung then re-sold to me. I've been in constant communication with customer service and no resolution for over a week. They keep saying they're checking with their vendor, but it's taking way too long and I would like a full refund.I have several pictures showing the damage and I immediately emailed them after it was delivered. I also want to warn for future customers to avoid ordering from this store. Update 3-10-25 This company has make no attempt to make this right. Claimed that this is how the product is made! So guess it's suppose to break upon arrival! I contacted Ferragamo and this product is not up their standards! It's either fake or a returned product that was re-strung! Avoid ordering from here! Order from the actual designer so you don't get scammed too!
