I wish I read the reviews before placing the order. The high shipping cost almost made me not order but I decided to give it a chance because of the wide clothing options. I did a small sample order of 11 items and according to the site, it would be processed in 2 to 7 business days. That was February 9 and it still says processing...for 11 items. I opened a support ticket requesting to cancel the order and be issued a refund because the delay does not work with my business needs. I have received no response. I do not recommend.
