A kind hearted lady called Faz in the Colchester Store
I went into the Colchester store last week and spoke to this lovely lady called Faz. I asked her if she could point to the Miss You cards and she came off from behind the till to help me. I explained that I'd lost my mum a week ago and she took the time to chat with me, even though the shop had customers in. I explained what sort of card I was looking for and she showed me some options. While talking to her, I ended up crying as there are not many kind hearted people out in this world who would take time to listen to you. She gave me a hug and said, anytime i needed a chat, and she was working, she would take the time to talk to me. Such a lovely lady. Please can you make sure she sees this. Kind regards Jean
