Scammers all the way.
The customer service representative, who is called "El," is the worst person for the job. He deactivates the chat. The worst part is that on February 25th, I made a purchase that was declined, the money was deducted from my bank account, I went to the bank to file a claim, and it turns out the transaction was processed correctly. In other words, this website scammed me because they say they didn't receive it, and they keep stopping responding to emails, website messages, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

"EL" disabled my support access simply…
"EL" disabled my support access simply for requesting bank information. Please be extremely cautious, as it is highly concerning that someone with this level of immaturity has control over financial assets. He acts arbitrarily and lacks any professional oversight. Based on my experience and many similar reports, he is not trustworthy. Do not risk your money with him.
Actually they have my money 100$ and i think that money get loss. Scammers on all way.
