Horrible
Horrible. Ordered tarps from them, thinking they were manufactured in the US, turns out they outsource the production to China when “their factories are at max capacity.” This of course means that items can get stuck in customs, which then aren’t delivered in the time window listed on their site. Their customer service is horrible when trying to resolve this issue. Classic foreign call center, reassure they will call you back and don’t, pass the issue along but never resolve it. Just a horrible experience all around. Still don’t have my $1100 of tarps that I ordered over a month ago. Save yourself some money and just buy them from Aliexpress, since they’re likely coming from the same factory.
