The item received (Red Light Cup) was not the same as the product that was demonstrated in the advertisement or website. I was shipped an inferior product or substitute. All photos online show a device with a digital display, which is used to show level of suction and heat, as well as time in use. The device that I received does not have this function. I have reached out to the customer support team, in this regard, but have not been contacted in return.
