I had an amazing experience. We have loved the net less than a week after getting it the crossbeam was bent! I reached out to get a replacement. Harper was responsive and eager to help resolve the problem. Less than a week later the new cross support was on the net. Product is built very well and the dross support getting bent was shocking. Glad to have purchased from such a great comoany
