Excellent customer service
First, my order was shipped right away and it arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit. When I called customer support, the agent I spoke with was very patient and knowledgeable in helping identify the correct part. I couldn't be happier with the solution she offered and my end result. If and when I need appliance parts this will definitely be my first to stop. From how she spoke, I could tell she had been there a while. When the employees are happy, they usually want the customers to be as well.
