Heel broke FIRST TIME WORN
Ordered a pair of red boots back in June 2024 but didn’t actually use them til Nov 2024 (which is very normal, you aren’t wearing red thigh high boots in the summer especially not in TX). The heel on one of them snapped THAT SAME NIGHT. Not just broke, the boot foundation split open with the nails inside exposed (I am 130 lbs, there’s no logical reason for such poor stability) I sent them an email about this and was never acknowledged for months. Sent a follow up and still nothing. They have a 180 day policy and my incident was within that timeframe. Even if it wasn’t it’s still BS, it’s the FIRST wear. Ridiculous.
