When we booked the ticket it stipulated when we would receive the ticket. However, that timeline was not adhered to which worried us. The ride was fine. The transfer was a bit problematic for us to determine which track to expect the train. Fortunately, the second train was delayed because we probably wouldn’t have been able to make the connection.
