Video Helped Me Self-Install
I refuse to work on my vehicle myself because it's simply not my skill set, however, after watching MAK's very detailed video on how to replace the TIPM, I felt confident enough to try it myself. Even when I got stuck I just went back to the video and of course there was the answer, I had just glossed over it the first time. My customer service experience with Franz Sr was a great one and they remained professional and friendly even though I started off the experience by being cranky. I really appreciate their willingness to make their customers happy!
