If you're a risk-taker and afraid of nothing, this website is perfect for you. Let me tell you my story. I paid for concert tickets on this site in September. They spent a week confirming my payment without providing any information at all. Finally, when the payment was confirmed, I received a purchase confirmation. However, I did not receive the tickets. For eight months, the site's customer support repeatedly lied to me, claiming that the tickets had not yet been released for sale, even though they had already sold out on the official website by the time I made my purchase. I received my concert tickets only two weeks before the event. This does not violate their policy, which states that they may send you your ticket as little as 24 hours before the event. The terrible service and customer support that openly lies to you only make the experience even worse.
