Solution focused company
I paid for a month's subscription of photo enhancements and enjoyed the downloaded program on my computer. At the end of the month, I paid for an extra month. When trying to update the program I had on the computer to continue using it with the new subscription, however, I was not able to do so. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours on an online chat with someone in hopes of rectifying the situation. Their final solution was to try and gradually submit over 40 years of pictures through an email to their company and wait for them to enhance the photos and mail them back to me. I requested a refund since I paid for something I was never able to use on my computer. I did not receive one. After my review, I received an apologetic response and a refund. Due to this later experience with the company, I am updating my experience to 4 stars.
