This is what a 5 STAR CO, is really like
I purchased 1 Gas range {Bosch} and 3 LG -appliances {Dishwasher-Max French/doors Refrigerator - Microwave Oven. The Bosch came with one burner not working, Bosch gave me a run-a-round. I call Plesser-s an a repair person call a Hour later the next day my range was working. One week later the new dishwasher stopped. I call LG service and after10 minutes, I was told I had to do 4 thing before they would seed a repair person. One laid on the floor an take off the kick- plate off {at this point I informed them that I was 81 Years old and I could get down and do this BUT he have to CALL a ambulance for me to get UP. His answer was, they could NOT send a repair person, I give 1 star to Bosch and NO star to LG. Plessor's was call and again send a repair person the next day. THAT IS REALLY SERVICE.
