Return Policy IS HORRIBLE
My shoes came , great. But my mistake was getting the wrong size. My problem is the return/exchanging and customer service. It’s impossible to reach them Via calling. Also, not to mention returning items takes 35$ out of your purchase and the additional fee of 120$. Baltini had the chance to be great but the return/exchange policy is horrible and i recommend to not shop here
