SIZE DOES MATTER!!
SIZE DOES MATTER!!! Purchased 4 filters (16x25x4 MERV 8 Pleated Air Filter) The actual size was smaller than the size listed on the filter. They were much to loose for a good fit. I call to get a refund and they were willing to refund If I paid the shipping of over $15. Since they are not making filters to the correct Size I think they should pay for a full refund plus shipping. Do not deal with this company. Not very good customer service. SIZE DOES MATTER!!!!!
