High availability and good support
I've been using Databasemart for a couple of years now and I'm very satisfied with the support and high availability of the service. I've only had a couple of issues, which they resolved very quickly with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My clients have a very stable service, and I definitely recommend Databasemart.
