I ordered a KNIT Icelandic sweater for $75.57 and after 5 weeks or so I received a SCREEN PRINT of the sweater in the picture. When I emailed the "service" department (no phone number was given) asking for a refund I was told in order to receive a refund I would need to mail the item back to CHINA at my own expense. Once they received the item back I would have received a refund for only the item and not the shipping, which cost $40. I had ZERO confidence that the sweater wouldn't just be resold to another sucker and since I was already in the hole $75 I wasn't about to spend another $40. When I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the company in its entirety, the misleading AI generated photos, consumer fraud and non existent customer service, I was left in the dark with no response. I threw away the 100% cheep polyester screen printed garbage, even looking at it was causing my anger,frustration and embarrassment to start all over again. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND FRUSTRATION and steer clear of this website.
