Unwanted auto-renewal, refund refused
I was charged €89.99 for an automatic renewal of a subscription from 2020 that I was no longer using and wasn’t even aware was still active. I cancelled immediately and did not use the service, but my initial refund request was refused. After further escalation and contacting their management team, I finally received a full refund. While I appreciate the resolution, it required multiple steps and persistence.
