"This was an online order of a couch from the company that manufactured my old couch, and I mean old, Palliser. We purchased the couch in 2002 (or 2003), so it was well over 20 years o!d. I am quite pleased with my new sectional and with the quick response to a couple of minor issues. They were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I felt listened to and valued as a customer - nice people on the front end of the transaction and great support on the back end."
