Great customer service
Great customer service! My husband got me the Belleze Traditional 58" Rustic TV stand with 23" Electric Fireplace. First off, it's gorgeous! Unfortunately, the electric fireplace unit did malfunction and wouldn't heat. I contacted customer service and they were great! The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I sent in a few photos showing the issue and that was it. My fireplace unit needed replacing and the shipping on that was so quick. I am so happy with the product and the customer service experience!
