I had an issue with my bar cabinet because it arrived damaged, but I was very impressed with the customer service. I contacted them and they responded immediately and sent me a replacement without any hassle. Things can sometimes get damaged during shipping, but what really matters is how the company handles the situation. In my case, they took care of it quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this company!
The sideboard is very nice.
Love the arched sideboard cabinet. Good quality and good looking for the price. I am using it as a buffet cabinet and it really completes the room. I am having a bit of difficulty returning one of the items that I accidentally ordered.

We had many questions and configuration options about the pieces we wanted to buy, which required extensive research, and Joey consistently helped us address them thoroughly to completion. This was my first purchase from Belleze and we’re amazed at the quality of this sideboard! It’s a true statement piece in our den and we’re so happy with this purchase. Initially, one of the packages got lost, but a Hector L. on the Belleze customer support team was able to dispatch a new one on the same day. Great customer service and highly recommend!

I was really excited about the piece I bought only thing is the doors while shut leave an open space in the center where you can still look inside. Not happy about that and was a real downer. It looks like they didn't have enough wood or the door were made shorter to not fully close. Update- cudtomer service replied, sent a video to fix the installation of the door and they close now! 5 stars!

Excellent CSR Experience
I called Belleze customer service on 6/23/26 about an issue with an order (missing door). I spoke with Joey K. in customer support and he was not only helpful, but very kind and patient and offered an excellent solution. It is not very often these days to find these kinds of CSRs and I really appreciate his efforts to rectify the issue. Because of this experience with Joey, although the missing door was an issue, I will continue to purchase from Belleze. Thank you, Joey K!

Cabinet is smaller than I thought
Cabinet is smaller than I thought. picture does not show straps to anchor to wall, which show above top of cabinet. Screws wont cinch down all the way causing cabinet to not be level. It was easy to put together, but I am generally unhappy.

Great customer service
We ordered our entertainment center from Belleze and one of the hutch and a few mistakes but Hector L from customer service was amazing at helping me getting it resolved. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Fire Place, tv stand
Absolutely, love my TV stand! I’ve only used it 2 times, however my children sat in front of it last night and the vibes were nostalgic.
