Great customer service!
I got a free trial because I wanted to test this service but then I was 2 days late to cancel the subscription and was charged the annual 80 dollar fee. :( Luckily I contacted support right away and they got back to me immediately and are giving me almost a full refund minus a month! (Which is fine because I’m the one who waited too long to cancel before the trial ran out). Very fast and helpful service thanks to Kaitlin and I appreciate getting a refund!
