Unfair Suspension & Withheld Funds
I have been a seller on G2G, ensuring that all my listings follow the platform's policies. However, my account was suspended for "selling accounts under codes" or miscategorization, even though I accurately described my listings to reflect the product being sold. This was not a case of deception or policy violation, yet my account was permanently suspended without a proper review. To make matters worse, my funds have been placed on hold for six months, and support has been unhelpful—providing vague, inconsistent responses with no clear resolution. Sellers deserve transparency and a fair appeal process, yet G2G has failed to provide either. G2G must improve its seller policies and support system. Arbitrary suspensions and withholding funds without proper justification severely impact trust in the platform. I urge G2G to take this matter seriously and resolve such issues more fairly.
