AWFUL customer experience
AWFUL customer service. We outfitted our brandnew kitchen with $50K+ worth of appliances. One was wrong, one broke immediately and 2 years in another is now broken. We are going on 3 weeks without a microwave which with a family of young kids, two working parents and one parent who just had surgery is beyond inconvenient and totally unacceptable for a company that charges more for and prides itself for the best customer service in the industry. Congratulations for NOTHING. Our newest home that is about to start a remodeling project will take its' business elsewhere. ABT, thanks for your reply below.
