I had an issue with their software "Any Video Converter Professional". The support team isolated the issue quickly and offered a free upgrade to the current "Any Video Converter" tool after verifying that the described error condition was not experienced with the current Demo version. The whole issue was resolved with two E-Mail exchanges and I'm back enjoying this great product.
