I contacted customer support when I first opened the box. I was expecting a one-piece Red Light Bag, but instead it looked like 2 one-piece pads instead. They replied to my email quickly to explain how to connect the two pieces which becomes the bag. They also responded quickly when i needed help getting both pieces to light up together. They were very patient with me throughout the assembly process and I am enjoying the Nuvio Red Light Bag. I love it, its roomy and I am feeling the benefits. Low back pain and sore muscles resolved after my triathlon training each morning.
