Ship panels but no inverter, what’s the point?
I ordered the panel2 together with inverter on 3–Jul and they already delayed the delivery till today 15-Jul. Most importantly they only delivered the panels without the inverter. How could I use the solar system? The CS said they don’t have the inverter in stock but if this the case how come you allow customers order from your website? I still see the inverters available for order in the website. What a mess!!!
